Terms & Conditions


1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website revuo.in and the digital marketing services provided by Revuo ("Agency," "we," "us"). By engaging our services (including GMB Optimization, Social Media Optimization, App Store Optimization, and Review Management), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Revuo provides optimization and reputation management services.

  • Optimization: We will implement technical changes to your digital profiles (Google Business Profile, App Store Listing, Social Media) to improve visibility.

  • Review Management: We will provide tools (NFC cards, QR codes, Software) and strategies to generate and respond to reviews.

  • Hardware: For specific packages, we supply physical NFC cards and QR standees.

3. No Guarantees on Rankings (SEO/ASO Disclaimer)

While we use industry-best practices to improve your rankings:

  • Third-Party Control: You acknowledge that platforms like Google, Apple, Meta, and Instagram are third-party entities with their own algorithms. We have no control over these algorithms.

  • No Fixed Ranking: We do not guarantee a specific ranking position (e.g., "#1 spot") or a specific number of reviews/downloads, as these metrics are influenced by market competition and algorithmic changes.

  • Algorithm Updates: Revuo is not liable for fluctuations in traffic or rankings caused by platform updates (e.g., a Google Core Update).

4. Client Obligations

To ensure the success of the campaign, the Client agrees to:

  • Access: Provide "Manager" or "Editor" access to relevant accounts (Google Business Profile, App Store Connect, Social Media Pages) within 3 days of signing up.

  • Accuracy: Provide accurate business information (Name, Address, Phone). Revuo is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect data provided by the Client.

  • Compliance: The Client confirms that their business does not engage in illegal activities.

5. Review Policy & Compliance

Revuo operates strictly within the "Terms of Service" of platforms like Google and Apple.

  • No Fake Reviews: We do not buy, sell, or post fake reviews. We will not use bots or click farms.

  • Review Gating: We do not "gate" reviews (preventing negative reviews from going public), as this violates Google's policy.

  • Platform Bans: If the Client has previously purchased fake reviews or violated platform policies before hiring Revuo, we are not liable for any subsequent account suspensions or bans.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Invoicing: Services are billed in advance (Monthly Retainer) or as a one-time fee (Setup Packages).

  • Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date may result in a temporary suspension of services.

  • Refunds:

    • One-Time Services: Non-refundable once work has commenced (e.g., once the Audit or Setup is delivered).

    • Monthly Retainers: You may cancel with 30 days' notice. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months.

7. Hardware Policy (NFC Cards & Standees)

  • Shipping: Physical goods (NFC Cards) will be shipped to the address provided by the Client.

  • Warranty: We provide a 30-day replacement warranty for defective NFC chips. This warranty does not cover physical damage caused by the Client (e.g., water damage, breakage).

  • Ownership: The hardware becomes the property of the Client upon full payment.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Client Ownership: The Client retains full ownership of their Google Business Profile, App Listing, and Social Media accounts.

  • Agency Rights: Revuo retains the rights to the "strategies," "templates," and "software configurations" used to manage the account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revuo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client to Revuo in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • By Client: You may terminate the agreement via email with 30 days' notice.

  • By Agency: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the Client engages in abusive behavior, demands unethical practices (e.g., posting fake reviews), or fails to pay invoices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
